Small batch and handcrafted, distilled to perfection. The wheat variety "Mulan", which is harvested from rolling Upper-Austrian fields, is distilled two times in 300 Liter copper potstills for the base spirit. We use 27 selected botanicals to create a unique gin flavour featuring a fresh, elegant juniper aroma with hints of lemony and complex spicy fragrant. After maceration Blue Gin is distilled a third time. Finally, we add pure Upper-Austrian spring water, a particularly soft variety, to perfectly enhance the incomparable flavour and mild taste of Blue Gin.
