In fact, the 2010 vintage is noticeably more elegant and feminine compared to past vintages from Camigliano that produces wine that often taste jammy and overripe. In fact, the mouthfeel doesn't even offer the obvious fruit you might expect. Instead, it shows a tight weave of spice, rosemary oil and blackcurrant. This wine is all about small details and needs a few more years to complete its evolution."

"As the 2010 Camigliano Brunello di Montalcino begins to unwind in the glass it releases pretty aromas of red berries and plum which are mixed together with spices, earthy minerals and freshly cut floral. This fullbodied Brunello is well structured and possesses a lovely round, velvety texture that leads up to the long spicetinged finish. Overall, this is an excellent effort, but it will need just a bit more time to flesh out. Best 20172028."
